NNR Global Logistics, a Japanese logistics service provider operating worldwide, along with its German subsidiary NNR+Dachser GmbH, is leasing 2,900 m² of warehouse space and 860 m² of office space in 65428 Rüsselsheim am Main. The property is owned by BMS Baumanagement und -Service Stenner GmbH, based in Rüsselsheim am Main. The logistics space will undergo extensive renovations before the new tenant moves in. The new location, for which real estate consultants from Colliers International and Immolox in Frankfurt am Main were able to secure a long-term lease, is located at Eisenstraße 3, in the immediate vicinity of the Rüsselsheim-Mitte interchange on the BAB 60.
