Garbe Industrial Real Estate GmbH has purchased a development site of approximately 31,000 m² in Kaiserslautern that includes a currently vacant existing property. The unoccupied property measures about 4,400 m². The existing space on the property can be expanded by an additional approximately 9,000 m² of warehouse space, and user-specific developments are also possible. The Hamburg-based project developer was supported in an advisory and brokerage capacity by Immolox GmbH. The seller is Saitow AG.
