The former Rodenstock site at August-Schanz-Straße 23 in 60433 Frankfurt am Main was successfully sold by the real estate agents at Immolox in Frankfurt am Main to the investment manager CILON GmbH. The new owner plans to revitalize the site, which has approximately 5,000 m² of building space, through renovations and repositioning. The Preungesheim industrial park is located just a few minutes’ drive from the Preungesheimer Dreieck highway interchange. Public transportation connections (subway and commuter rail) are also in the immediate vicinity.
