Immolox brokers approximately 9,385 m² of warehouse space northeast of Bad Kreuznach

Garant Spedition, based in Ginsheim-Gustavsburg, is leasing a warehouse of approximately 9,385 m² in Gensingen on a short-term basis. The property is located not far from the Nahetal highway interchange and thus has excellent access to Federal Highways 60 and 61. The real estate agents at Immolox in Frankfurt am Main brokered the lease agreement. The landlord of the property, which is located on a commercial site covering approximately 100,000 m², is PUTSCH Immobilien.
