A project services company is leasing approximately 2,600 m² of warehouse space in 65428 Rüsselsheim am Main. At the new location at Kobaltstraße 2-4, promotional materials will be stored, and mailing campaigns and promotional activities will be carried out. The site is located in the immediate vicinity of the Rüsselsheim-Königstädten interchange (BAB 60) and thus at the Rüsselsheim interchange (BAB 67).
The property is owned by a private investor. The long-term lease was brokered on behalf of the tenant by the Frankfurt-based real estate brokerage firm Immolox; Knight Frank represented the owners.
