A private investor has bought the “Eschbach Park” in Frankfurt am Main thanks to the brokerage and advice of the Immolox estate agents from Frankfurt am Main. The industrial park at Berner Straße 43–55, located directly at the Bad Homburg motorway intersection, has approx. 2,700 m² of hall space and approx. 3,200 m² of office space. The seller of the property, which was built in 1985, is UBS.
