Garbe Industrial Real Estate GmbH has purchased a development area of around 31,000 m² with a currently vacant existing property in Kaiserslautern. The unlet property measures around 4,400 m². The existing area on the plot can be expanded by a further approx. 9,000 m² of hall space, and user-specific developments are also possible. The Hamburg project developer was supported through advice and brokering activities from Immolox GmbH. The seller is Saitow AG.
