A private investor has acquired an approx. 32,000 m² commercial/industrial plot in 63741 Aschaffenburg, thanks to advice from the Immolox estate agents in Frankfurt am Main. A transshipment warehouse with around 80 loading gates and a four-story office building are built on the property. The transshipment warehouse and the office space are rented on a long-term basis.
