The former Rodenstock location at August-Schanz-Straße 23 in 60433 Frankfurt am Main was successfully sold to the investment manager CILON GmbH by the Immolox real estate agents from Frankfurt am Main. The new owner wishes to rejuvenate the area, which has approx. 5,000 m² of building space, by means of renovation work and repositioning. The Preungesheim industrial park is only a few minutes’ drive from the Preungesheimer Dreieck motorway junction. There is also a public transport connection (U-Bahn and S-Bahn) in the immediate vicinity.
