Haier Germany GmbH, based in Munich, is leasing approximately 30,252 m² of commercial space in 91522 Ansbach. The new logistics property is currently being built on a plot of land measuring approximately 64,500 m² and is scheduled to be handed over to the tenant by the end of the year. For the spaces, which consist of approximately 26,784 m² of warehouse, approximately 1,020 m² for office, staff, and technical space, and approximately 2,448 m² for mezzanine space, the real estate agents at Immolox GmbH in Frankfurt am Main and E & G Real Estate GmbH in Stuttgart were able to broker a long-term lease agreement. The P3 Logistic Parks GmbH project was marketed on a co-exclusive basis by the aforementioned real estate brokerage firms.
