In Frankfurt, not far from the “Bergen-Enkheim” interchange on the BAB 66, a state agency is leasing approximately 3,450 m² of warehouse space and 670 m² of office space. The lease agreement was signed with a private landlord for a term of just under 20 years, with options to extend it to a total of 30 years. The real estate agents from Immolox and Knight Frank in Frankfurt am Main acted as intermediaries.
