It already manages over 20,000 m² of warehouse space in the region and, by leasing the facility in Knüllwald, has laid the groundwork for further expansion. The property, located in the Schwalm-Eder district of Hesse, is just a few hundred meters from the BAB 7 and the Homberg (Efze) highway entrance, providing excellent access to the German highway network. The landlord of the warehouse space is the international real estate company BentallGreenOak. The long-term lease was brokered by the real estate agents at Immolox in Frankfurt am Main.
