For the spaces, which consist of approximately 26,784 m\u00b2 of warehouse, approximately 1,020 m\u00b2 for office, staff, and technical space, and approximately 2,448 m\u00b2 for mezzanine space, the real estate agents at Immolox GmbH in Frankfurt am Main and E &#038; G Real Estate GmbH in Stuttgart were able to broker a long-term lease agreement.
